Use of AI
I use AI in my business, and I would rather just tell you how than have you wonder. It helps me work faster. It does not decide anything about your home, your price, or which houses you get to see. Here is the specific version of that.
The short version
AI helps me with words and organization. It does not help me decide who gets to buy a house, what your home is worth, or what you should do. Those are my job, and I am licensed and accountable for them.
If you ever want to know whether AI touched something I sent you, ask me. I will tell you straight.
Where I actually use it
Drafting emails and follow-ups so I reply to you quickly instead of days later. Researching neighborhoods, market data, and programs like down payment assistance. Writing the blog posts and guides on this site. Organizing my notes after we talk so nothing about your situation gets forgotten. Answering common questions in the chat on this site.
That is the honest list. It is mostly typing and research, which is exactly the part of this job that should not be eating the time I could spend helping you.
Fair Housing comes first
This is the part I care most about. AI does not choose which buyers I work with, which homes I show you, or how I describe a neighborhood to you. I do not use it to screen or sort people, and I do not let it steer anyone toward or away from an area based on who they are.
When I write about a community, I write about the place, the homes, and the facts. Not about who lives there and not about who I think would fit in. Every person who walks through my door gets the same information and the same access.
If you ever feel like you got a different answer than someone else would have, tell me immediately. I want to know.
What AI never does
It does not decide your list price or your offer price. It does not sign, submit, or negotiate anything on your behalf. It does not talk to the other side of your transaction. It does not decide whether you qualify for anything. It does not send you an email about your transaction that I have not read first.
Anything that affects your money or your contract goes through a licensed person. That is me.
Your information
I do not sell your information. The AI tools I use run under business terms where the provider does not train their models on the data, and nothing you tell me is used to train a public AI model. What you share about your finances and your family stays between us and the people who legally need it to close your transaction.
If you want me to delete what I have on you, email me and I will take care of it.
Straight answers
Yes. I use AI to help me write, research, organize notes, and answer common questions faster. It helps me spend less time at a keyboard and more time actually helping people. It does not replace me, and it does not make decisions about your move.
No. I choose what to show you based on what you tell me you want and what you can afford. AI never filters homes or buyers based on race, color, religion, sex, familial status, national origin, disability, or any other protected class. That is a Fair Housing line I will not go near, and no tool changes it.
No. Pricing comes from real comparable sales, the condition of your home, and current market data, and I do the analysis myself. AI might help me organize the notes or draft the explanation, but the number and the reasoning behind it are mine, and I will walk you through exactly how I got there.
For anything about your transaction, always. Every email, offer, market analysis, and answer about your specific situation is reviewed by me before it reaches you. Blog posts and social media content on my site can be AI-assisted and may publish automatically, and I would rather tell you that than have you find out.

It is on me, not the software. If something I sent you is wrong, tell me and I will fix it and tell you what happened. I would much rather have you point out a mistake than quietly stop trusting what I send you.
One more thing
I am not a mortgage broker, a lender, an attorney, or a CPA. When I run numbers with you, I am showing you the math so you can see it clearly, not giving you a loan approval or tax advice. For those, talk to a lender or a professional who is licensed to give it.
